Its icy cold and we're in the middle of a blizzard. I'm staying in. Not gonna go out there if I don't have to. Instead I surfed on over to the Magnetic Poetry site. This is the site of those little magnetic poetry kits you see for sale in bookstores and so forth. They have a online version of magnetic poetry you can play for free. Its alot of fun. I was just messing around with it for a bit and here's the little "poem" I came up with:
blizzard claus
is here
hoho ho
blow ing snow
to night
drift on
white music
....hehehe good thing I don't have to rely on my poetry skills for anything serious! This is a great place tho to spend some time messing around and I'm sure you'll probably do better than me.

I added a couple weblogs to my favorites list. One of them --Eddie's Head-- I just have to say something about. It takes just a wee bit longer to load than the average weblog. That's because its an artist's weblog and Eddie has pics of his paintings on his BLOG. Eddie Breen is an outsider artist and he's been selling his art on eBay for awhile. He's pretty well known there and has a regular following. He takes paintings like you'd find at flea markets or garage sales and "Breens" them. Its a must see! His art is totally differant. Funky. Out there!

This is supposed to be the latest fad. Heard about it while listening to Steve & Johnnie's Life After Dark radio show on WGN Radio the other night. It sounds really gross to me. Its called Bubble tea--its tea which has black balls of gelatinous material (tapioca) in it --yuck! But what do I know? This may wind up being bigger than Starbucks. I think I'll stick with my Caffe Mochas thank you:)

Need free webspace for your art page? Passion4art offers free webpages for artists. You can choose from several templates. There's also a Passion4art store where you can sell your drawings, paintings, etc. although they do charge a commission --still its nice exposure. Or while you're there send a postcard featuring original art. Check them out!

The movie "102 Dalmatians" is set to release this weekend.
However, in Florida it's only going to be "97 Dalmatians". Palm Beach County has decided to throw out 5 of them because the dots were in the wrong place.

You can get a free one card tarot reading with Lunaea Weatherstone's *gorgeous* collaged tarot deck here. The times I have used it its been amazingly accurate and helpful. If you are into art/collage, the artwork alone is worth the visit.

OK didn't get the guestbook today...will do that another time. But I like how my collage looks on here. And I like the color of the text and all. So that's enough tinkering for one day. My eyes are getting too sleepy but it was alot of fun setting this up.

Well I just got my blog:) I don't really know what I'm doing yet. Hope this works.
We went out this morning and picked up another birdcage. This one is for the two baby boys. I've got them all set up in it and they are getting used to it.
